Returns
You have fifteen days from when you receive your order to return your purchases for a
refund, if you’re not happy. The items must be returned in their original condition and
packaging. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
If you are in France, returns are free.
- Register your request for a return on our site, under ‘MY ACCOUNT / MY
- RETURNS‘. Sign into your account and under My Returns,
- Select the order number containing the items you would like to return. Click on the
- "Process a Return" button and choose the reason for return.
- Place the return sheet received with your order on the box, keep the receipt part
- Take it to the post office
If you are out of France
- Register your request for a return on our site, under ‘MY ACCOUNT / MY

- Select the order number containing the items you would like to return. Click on the
- "Process a Return" button and choose the reason for return.
- Charge a return sheet and stick on the box
- Take it to the post office – the transportation cost will be at your expenses
Refund duration
You will receive an email letting you know when the refund has been made. Please allow 10
to 12 working days for our staff to process your return package.
